Mikhail Baryshnikov

Mikhail Baryshnikov is a Russian dancer, choreographer, an actor. He is nicknamed "Misha" and is one of the most known ballet dancers. He won an academy award for "Best Supporting Actor. Rudolf Nureyev

Rudolf Nureyev is a famous dancer who was born on the 17th of march 1938 on a trans-siberian train while his mother was travelling Vladivostock. As a child, Rudolf was encouraged to take part in local folk preformances. He was soon noticed by teachers who suggested he train in Saint Petersburg. Although Rudolf never married he did have a live in companion named Robert Tracy who, like himself, was male. Unfortunately, Rudolf died of AIDS in 1993.

Misty Copeland

Misty Copeland was born in Kansas City, Missouri on September tenth 1982 to her mother, Sylvia DelaCerna,and her father, Doug Copeland. When Misty's parents split up Misty and her five siblings lived with many of their mothers boyfriends. eventually, misty was forced to quit her ballet, until a nice family let her into their, thus her continuing her Ballet training. Today, thirty-five-year-old Misty Copeland is a famous Ballet dancer living in Manhattan and continues doing Ballet.
